The New Healthy and Fit Group : Membership Options

Membership Includes:

· 1 Saturday a month Support Group Meeting w/ 45 Min. Group Training with Deanna & 15 Min. Yoga Stretch w/ Heather.

· 1 Body Assessment and 1 on 1 Training Session w/ Deanna

· 1 Private Life Coaching Session w/ Heather (Goal Setting : Short & Long Term)

· 10 Pilates Plus Group Classes w/ Lacy – Wednesdays at 7:00pm (75 minutes)

· On-Line Support Membership (by invitation only) through The Healthy & Fit Social Networking Site.

· Weekly support by email from Heather, Deanna & Lacy.

· “Members Only Discounts” 10% OFF on the following services: Private Yoga lessons; Massage Therapy with Heather; Additional Life Coaching Sessions with Heather; Additional 1 on 1 Personal Training with Deanna; Nutritional Counseling w/ Deanna; Additional Group Pilates & Bellydance Classes with Lacy. H & F classes Thurs. at 12.

Meeting Schedule 2010:
Saturday - Feb. 13th -  11:30am to 1:30pm  ( 1 hour Meeting / 1 Hour Group Training and Stretching )
Saturday -March 13th -  11:30am to 1:30pm ( 1 hour Meeting / 1 Hour Group Training and Stretching )
Saturday -April 17th - 11:30am to 1:30pm ( 1 hour Meeting / 1 Hour Group Training and Stretching )
(April 17th is the last group for 3 month members)
Saturday - May 8th - 11:30am to 1:30pm ( 1 hour Meeting / 1 Hour Group Training and Stretching )
Saturday - June 5th - 11:30am to 1:30pm ( 1 hour Meeting / 1 Hour Group Training and Stretching )
Saturday - July 10th - 11:30am to 1:30pm ( 1 hour Meeting / 1 Hour Group Training and Stretching )
 
Our Monthly Group Meetings will Include the following:
  • A Nutritional Guide to dicuss along with handouts for your notebook/ journal
  • Support including motivational tips, guidance, and open discussion about our personal "Healthy & Fit Journey"
  • An at home workout guide made to suit your level of fitness
  • A 1 hour Group Fitness class with Yoga Stretching lead by Deanna and Heather
  • Personal Goal "Check Points" with Healthy and Fit - Life Coach - Heather
  • Answers to your questions about Nutrition, Fitness, Goals, Yoga, Pilates, etc...

Join us Sat. Jan. 23 for an Introduction to the Healthy & Fit Group

    In 2010, we are returning our focus to our health and well-being and encouraging our students, clients, and friends do the same.  To put this focus into action, we decided to re-launch the wonderful Healthy and Fit support group that began in October of 2008.  This group is about support, setting goals, and inspiration!  We will have our introduction meeting on Jan 23 at 11:30am.  It is National Yoga Day and Renaissance Healing Center is celebrating by offering free 30 minute yoga classes from 1pm to 5:30pm.  You are welcome to wear your yoga clothes to the meeting and stay to experience the classes and meet our instructors.  I guarantee you'll feel motivated to get moving after feeling the support and energy of the group!  This session will be complimentary, as we will be explaining the new format and getting everyone signed up for the 6 month plan to a Healthy and Fit Lifestyle.   Please join us and learn all about nutrition, exercise, and the healthy habits you can incorporate to live a healthier, happier, and longer life!!

Deanna Zeek Joins us for the New and Improved Group!

About Deanna:

Deanna Zeek, NASM CPT

Deanna’s love of fitness began in high school where she played softball and was a cheerleader, lifeguard and swim instructor.  Deanna grew up in Vernon, New Jersey and then moved to Florida and attended Flagler College in St. Augustine, where she majored in psychology and sociology.  After college, Deanna began her career in Jacksonville Beach, building her personal training clientele.
Deanna lives the healthy lifestyle that she teaches her clients.  “My belief is that everything you do with your body and what you give it for energy greatly affects your emotional state and how you deal with life.  Being active and healthy is not a hobby, but how to live a happy and fulfilling life. ”
